Jenny Berg

Hi! My name is Jenny and I am a Vancouver Island based movement artist, explorer and guide. My instructional certification has encompasses yoga both vinyasas and aerial, applied somatics, as well as, movement flow. I am a dedicated movement facilitator who guides others into deeper connection with their bodies through play, presence, and intuitive exploration. Rooted in somatic awareness and artistic movement, my approach encourages participants to shed rigid expectations and rediscover the wonder of simply moving. Whether in person or online, movement sessions are not about performance or perfection—but about curiosity, freedom, and listening. Through props, partner work, ropework, or grounded improvisation, I am dedicated to creating welcoming environments where people can move beyond structure and into embodied dialogue with themselves.
