Hi, I’m Jess - a Yoga Teacher passionate about creating mindful spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves.I’ve been practicing yoga since 2019 and completed my 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India. My events are centered around gentle, grounding flows - often in nature with a focus on presence, breath, and inner awareness.
