Welcome, I'm Jessica and I bring you Serendia, Conscious Wellness. On a typical day you will find me teaching yoga within a beautiful Yurt, treating with Massage and Sound Therapy from my private studio and coaching people through different stages of life through life coaching. I run seasonal retreat days and longer retreats for more of a immersive reset experience.With over a decade of experience internationally in the wellness industry I now blend my experiences, my knowledge and passion of self care, self work and preventative holistic health to make a positive impact..
