Jessica Deguara

Jessica Deguara has worked with bodies and movement for over 30 years as a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and conscious dance facilitator. She began dancing 5 Rhythms in her twenties with Gabrielle Roth and has been moving ever since. Now, she shares her passion for free, expressive dance, helping others find joy and freedom in movement. She also loves guiding people to reconnect with nature—dancing outdoors whenever possible.
