Jessica Schultz is a holistic leadership trainer, breathwork coach and yoga practitioner with 20 years of experience working with organisational and individual development and growth. She is a certified NLP practitioner and has a degree in sociology, knowledge she brings into her work both in her coaching and mastermind groups. Jessica is known for her compassionate professionalism, her analytical and creative approach, always with the human in focus identifying the best solution forward.Jessica offers breathwork sessions, in group and one-on-one sessions both online and in person. She also offers one-on-one coaching, on-line and off-line workshops and mastermind groups and leadership trainings. Jessica has one foot in Stockholm, Sweden and the other one in Ericeira, Portugal."My mission is to be the change I want to see in the world. I am leading by example, and I believe that anything is possible if you follow your heart and align your actions with that. The change in the world starts within each and everyone of us, and the breath is one powerful tool to access that change".
