Along the way, I experienced firsthand the weight of chronic stress, burnout, and the shifting motivation that arises as life evolves—especially when layered with the responsibility of parentingAs a certified coach and former adjunct faculty at a leading business school, I’ve guided individuals and teams toward personal and professional breakthroughs—and shared in the joy of their milestones.While coaching offered powerful insights, I noticed a recurring pattern—lasting change often stalled when it remained in the mind.That’s where breathwork, held within a safe and sacred container, becomes catalytic.
