KALO Fitness is a small group and personal training studio located in the heart of Wash Park, Denver. The word Kalo is derived from the greek word Kalon, meaning beauty that is more than skin deep. By focusing on the deeper aspects of lifestyle change and using a combination of science-based fitness programming, breath work, and community collaboration, KALO creates a fitness experience that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and positively spreads into every aspect of life.
