About

We are two experienced and passionate yoga and meditation teachers. We teach throughout the week in Nelson. We also lead workshops and retreats across New Zealand.We are inspired to share authentic spiritual teachings from a number of traditions, in both a practical and theoretical way. We teach a variety of practices including Hatha Yoga, meditation and more.The style of yoga we practice is for everyone; from those with a budding curiosity to those who have been practicing for years. We practice yoga with a non-pushing attitude, striking a balance between effort and relaxation.
