Kath's Dru Yoga

Kath qualified as a Dru Yoga Teacher from the International School of Dru Yoga in Snowdonia, in 2013 and divides her time between working as a Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS and teaching Dru yoga.Her recovery from severe back injury using yoga techniques increased her passion to share these with others. Over 30 years as a healthcare professional, Kath brings a fun and therapeutic style to her teaching to make classes as accessible for as many people as possible.Kath is passionate about maintaining a healthy life-work balance and reducing the effects of today's stressful lifestyle by providing Dru Yoga classes for her local community.
