I am a Yoga instructor and homeschool mom. I am passionate about teaching about all the wonderful aspects of Yoga. I like exploring opportunities to heal through bringing awareness to the present moment, particularly in nature. I love helping others love themselves more by adopting healthy habits. I enjoy story telling and practicing/sharing deep listening skills. I am a lead instructor with Barefoot Freedom Yoga, offering 200 hour teacher training. Our mission is to help others learn to navigate their authentic selves and explore freedom and flexibility, and develop more trust in themselves.
