Kelly Murphy Andruk

Kelly has been active in women's health for over 15 years. She began as a yoga instructor and continued her education as a birth professional. Certifying as a doula, lactation educator and childbirth educator brought her to her work in feeding trauma and perinatal mental health. She is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator for over 8 years as well as a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with degrees in Early Childhood Education, Public Health and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.She completed her 200 hr YTT in Los Angeles, CA in 2014. She has been practicing Vinyasa for over 10 years but was trained in Iyengar. The combination of personal practice and education has helped her find a unique practice and flow that explore movement with a focus on alignment.  Her love for teaching began working in early childhood education and child development. She is a registered yoga instructor for both adults and children.
