Helping others become their true selves is my passion! I love to share my interests in yoga, breathwork, energy work and sound baths with my community. I enjoy helping people deeply connect with themselves, learn to relax and rejuvenate their nervous systems, and recharge by being present in the moment.My business, Divergent Empowerment, provides a variety of services to support Neurodivergent individuals and their families in Wisconsin to increase personal empowerment, self-advocacy and self-determination skills. I work with children, young adults and their families enrolled in long term services to help them understand themselves, their needs, and explore how to best provide person-centered supports to build engaging, balanced and meaningful lives. Support with nervous system regulation is an important part of the process.
