RYT-200 certified yoga teacher who loves leading slow flow classes in unique and inspiring spaces. My teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breath, and creating a welcoming environment for all levels. Whether we’re flowing in a studio, at a brewery, or in a quiet garden, my goal is to help you feel grounded, open, and at home in your body—wherever we practice.
