I know that parenting can be hard at times. It can leave you feeling stressed, alone and like your efforts are not quite good enough.As a therapist I believe that meeting other parents, sharing our experiences and taking some time out for ourselves in a supportive, non judgemental space can bring some much needed reassurance, offloading and new tips to take away.That is why I have set up Empowered Parents. Groups run for 1 hour from my counselling space in Eldwick, near Bingley, West Yorkshire
