Laura Harvey has been teaching yoga since 2002. With over two decades of experience and training in multiple traditions—including vinyasa, restorative, yin, prenatal, trauma-informed and somatic approaches—she creates safe, nourishing spaces for people to reconnect with themselves.Through her business, Beyond the Bend Yoga, Laura offers deeply supportive classes and workshops designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide midlife women back to their inner strength, clarity, and peace - but her offerings are open to anyone drawn to a slower, more soulful practice. Her teaching blends presence, practicality, and a gentle reverence for the body's innate wisdom.
