They prioritise the organisation's success over their own interests, even if that means stepping aside.Launched in 2015, Leadership Jersey aims to raise awareness of leadership as an essential quality.In partnership with All Island Media Leadership Jersey offers a series of events and publications designed to inspire and promote this vital topic. Our aim is to provide practical support and motivation for both current and future leaders, covering a range of leadership topics and offering a platform for discussions about the challenges and benefits of effective leadership.
