Yoga, meditation, and mindful practices became the tools thattransformed my life, leading me to a path ofhealing, clarity, and purpose. These experiences inspired me to guide others toward discovering their ownbalance and joy.From my cosy home studio in Redcar, I hostyoga classes, Ayurvedic massage treatments, and rejuvenating day retreats.
