After graduated as a Business Engineer and working as a lighting sales engineer, I worked as a senior recruiter and felt in love with the profession.With experience in engineering and architecture L&C Recruitment has allowed me to get involved with design as well. I aim to make our business the first one that designers think of when it comes to recruitment by growing our team with like minded people – sharing our core values of respect, trust, and transparency.As the mother of a 2-year-old boy, I draw inspiration from my own mother, who raised two children on her own in hard circumstances.Now I’m combining family and career by helping others achieve the same level of work-life balance.That’s what is important to me. Finding the right role for the right person so that they can express themselves in all aspects of their lives.
