Life of Leisure started as a coaching studio helping women overcome burnout, hustle culture, and constant busyness. Today, it’s evolved into a community space for women in Mexico City seeking wellness, spiritual connection, and — true to its name — a little more leisure.Our gatherings, workshops, and experiences are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and return to yourself through mindfulness and presence. Just as importantly, they offer space to build meaningful connections with others — a community of women carving out moments of stillness, reflection, and shared intention.
