I'm Liz Monahan and I'm a figurative artist based in Norwich, UK. I'm also an experienced life drawing tutor, hosting both one-off workshops and longer courses in drawing from the live figure. I aim to provide sessions for all levels of experience, where the focus is on connecting to the process of looking and drawing, rather than on the outcome. With a relaxed and friendly teaching style, I encourage participants to experiment with mark-making and explore the use of different media. This approach aims to support you in nurturing your inner artist and provide long term benefits to your personal creative practice through the foundation of drawing from life.
