The doctors offered a future filled with pills, but that was a hard no for me – a potential path to addiction with history of drug use.Then came a pivotal moment that changed everything. A guided meditation audio I found in the midst of life's chaos became my compass, leading me into the realms of meditation, breathwork, cold plunging, and plant medicine.
