I am a healer, mother, holistic health advocate and a lover of the universe. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have been attuned as a level 3 master teacher of Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki) and as a Usui Reiki practitioner.I have worked in the field of behavioral health for over 20 years and have learned that the mind, body, spirit connection is essential to health on all levels. I am an advocate for treating mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression, holistically without the use of pharmaceuticals and using herbal products to enhance reproductive health.I am an advocate of wellness, self-awareness and mindful living and promote change through a wholistic approach that emphasizes the mind-body-spirit connection.
