Hey, I'm Izzy! I'm a 500H trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, somatic, and mindfulness facilitator, dedicated to creating compassionate, empowering, and accessible spaces for mental health support and body acceptance.My work is based on thousands of hours of training and facilitating – and equally importantly, my own lived experience. My journey through severe physical and mental health struggles in my early 20s has profoundly shaped my commitment to supporting others in their healing.
