I received my Level I Sherpa Breath and Cold, as well as my Level I with Unbounded. Prior to my newest venture and passion I completed courses such as Misfit Method, Bellies Inc Core Expert Certification, Hypopressives Level I and II, Yoga Tune Up training, Pfilates Certification, Senior Fitness Instructor Certification and countless educational workshops.
