As a qualified trainer, I take pride in teaching studensts how to craft a variety of artisanal breads, buns, and pastries using high-quality ingredients. Loaves are hand-shaped and baked to perfection, focusing on traditional techniques and rich, natural flavours. I have you covered from crusty sourdough and sweet buns to buttery croissants. And, finally, why Martino’s? This was my ‘professional’ name when I worked as a pro-baker with my very good friend Master Baker Paul Merry of Panary
