Mel is a Certified Life & Empowerment Coach and EFT Tapping Practitioner.Originally from France, Mel came to Ireland 2012 for a “short work experience”and has since been loving her life in Cork.Her utmost desire is to guide ambitious women to break free from old limiting patterns, inner fears & sabotaging behaviours that are holding them back. She aspires to help them build confidence, gain self belief and create new mindful habits that will allow them to unleash their potential & create a new identity that will help them reach their desired goals and transform their life into one that is purposeful, fulfilling and one that they truly deserve.
