Mental Health First Aid Ireland is the only licensed provider of internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid training in Ireland. We deliver practical, evidence-based courses that teach people how to recognise, understand, and respond to signs of mental health difficulties.Our programmes are designed for workplaces, communities, and individuals who want to build confidence in supporting others and promote mental wellbeing in everyday settings.
