It's when the message we want to share is received in the same way we understand and mean it. To be able to do that we have to remove lots of distractions, understand how others communicate, minimise emotional hijacking, use correct means of communication that are the most suitable to minimise assumptions.Learning to communicate effectively and connect with others is a skill that will help you in relationships, work, family, friends and every other area of your life where you rely on other people.I have variety of free taster sessions packed with useful information and without the need to commit to future sales and longer paid sessions.
