My name is Michele. I am an artist, art therapist and reiki master.My purpose for my work is to encourage people to learn, trust and believe that we are made by unique design to heal the mind, body and soul from within ourselves.During the Art of Forgiving Art therapy class, I will lead people through a beautiful art process that releases pain and toxic emotions that’s been stored deep inside the body. These emotions are created from reactions to stress and trauma.My hope is that people will leave feeling lighter and with a sense of hope due to the true breakthroughs of the art process. And that the next step for growth and expansion will be beautifully revealed.
