We are a holistic health centre and community café based in Calf Heath, North Wolverhampton - serving Wolverhampton, Cannock and surrounding areas. We offer daily yoga classes, fitness classes, regular health-related workshops and events, a therapy room offering massage treatments and private glamping pods for wellness stays. Our private, gated retreat venue is set on an acre of land, in a quiet and tranquil location with access to a private lake.Join our growing community of like-minded people as we explore our world, both inner and outer, together. Through classes, workshops, events and retreats, our aim is to bring to our community the latest in health education with passionate teachers, coaches and therapists.
