After working in various positions in the medical field in my younger years, I realized there had to be a better approach. I was seeing a system of sick care, not healthcare.It was my own health issues that really started the journey. Over the years, I worked with naturopaths, nutritionists, and functional medicine doctors. I was diagnosed with MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, an immune reaction to gluten, and various food sensitivities. I chose to dig deep into root causes of these issues, and learned to use food, lifestyle changes, and supplements to rebalance my body. The results were life changing, and I knew I had found my calling. Now I help others navigate their own health journies!
