Missy started her yoga journey in 2016, diving into the practice with curiosity and an open heart. In 2017, I took a significant step forward by earning my 200-hour Yoga Certification . This experience not only deepened my understanding of yoga but also ignited a passion within me to share the transformative power of this practice with others. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others incorporate yoga and fitness into their daily lives, fostering a sense of community and well-being.My hope for you is that the movement of mind and body is transformative.
