Monika Arenas is a holistic health coach, Dietitian, musician and curator of sacred spaces. Since 2015 she has facilitated programs, led retreats and wellness events infused with ancient practices including cacao ceremonies, detox programs, aromatherapy, and guided meditation sound journeys. Monika’s mission is to host conscious events and spread the message of sacred living and self-love for empowerment and longevity.
