Much to his delight, clear maple water dripped out, producing fine syrup.In 1998, a local artist, Réal Bérard, designed a "Cabane à Sucre" and it was erected on the Musée St.Pierre Jolys grounds. This unique building makes for an excellent gathering place for all occasions. And in this instance for 6 days of Maple Syrup dinners.
