Natasha Ferguson is a trailblazer in the construction industry, celebrated for breaking down gender barriers and empowering women in the trades. As the owner of EthelFox Construct Group, a Toronto-based construction company with a workforce that is 70% women, Ferguson is redefining industry norms. In 2021, she founded "A Women's Work" (AWW), a non-profit organization that supports women in the trades through training programs, career development, and self-esteem initiatives. Under her leadership, AWW launched its flagship all-women skilled trades training centre in Toronto in 2024, creating new opportunities for women in construction.
