Neecolaaa Yoga

Nichole (Neecolaaa Yoga) is a 200hr accredited yoga teacher with additional training in trauma informed teachings as well as adapting the practice for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. Each event / class is created to be as accessible as possible while also honoring yoga's Egyptian and South Asian roots.
