The purpose of this event page is to explore the time tested methods to 'spring into life' amidst any crisis, small or big! I am a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500) and a faculty with the Art of Living Foundation since 1999. 100% of our class proceeds are utilized for mental health awareness and care. My schedule is updated frequently with specialized classes here and I also conduct teacher training programs at the Sri Sri School of Yoga (srisrischoolofyoga.org/na)OUR TEAM of experienced instructors RADHIKA N, SOUMYA B, RUHI K, LUNA S teach a variety of classes including a holistic blend of philosophy, postures, breathwork and meditation. Yoga is a personal journey and our students share that they like our simple, adaptable style that is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
