Nesfield Performance (NP) is a premier personal training and wellness center based in Chevy Chase, MD, dedicated to redefining health and performance through a holistic approach. Founded by a former Division I track athlete, NP is a minority- and woman-owned business thatintegrates mindset, nutrition, fitness, regeneration, and lifestyle into every client’s journey.NP offers a full spectrum of services, including personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, nutritional coaching, and advanced recovery modalities. With a mission to educate, empower, and optimize human performance, NP helps clients strengthen their mind-body connection, move with confidence, and adopt sustainable wellness habits.Beyond individual training, NP fosters a strong sense of community through in-person and virtual events, social media engagement, and unique challenges such as the annual Thanksgiving Push-Up Contest, seasonal group workouts, and interactive wellness workshops. NP serves a diverse clientele, specializing in programs for adults and aging populations while also supporting athletes at all levels.A dedicated pillar of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase community, NP actively supports inclusivity and local engagement through sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and partnerships. In 2023, NP launched theNesfield Performance Foundation (NPF)to expand its impact. The foundation powered the inauguralMetro Move Fest, benefiting local nonprofits and promoting movement for all. NP continues to contribute its expertise and services to community organizations and charitable causes.As part of its ongoing growth, NP is expanding its facilities and service offerings in 2025 to better support its mission and the increasing demand for its holistic approach to health and performance.
