The New Afro-Canadian Foundation (NACAF) is a Toronto-based organisation dedicated to empowering lives and fostering unity within the Afro-Canadian community. It focuses on holistic community development through healthcare access, education, cultural exchange, and support for underprivileged individuals. The Foundation promotes health awareness, combats stigma, and provides resources to improve wellbeing and resilience across the community. In addition to its ongoing outreach work, NACAF organises annual and international conferences—such as the International Empowerment Conference on Healthcare and the Medical Sector—that bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, and community leaders. These events serve as platforms for discussing health equity, innovation, and culturally informed care within Afro-Canadian and global contexts, reinforcing the Foundation’s mission to build bridges and promote empowerment through knowledge and collaboration.
