Nicole D’Alessandro is an insightful, solution-focused Counsellor, Reiki Master Practitioner and Wellbeing Specialist with extensive professional experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families across a broad range of issues. Nicole has a Bachelor Degree in Counselling and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association.Nicole is passionate about providing support that empowers her clients to engage in an active, life-long and everlasting process of becoming aware of choices, making decisions, and taking responsibility towards achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. Through this process Nicole helps her clients overcome unhelpful and destructive patterns so that they develop a genuine understanding of their circumstances and choices in moving forward.Nicole’s caring, person-centered approach allows her to always consider the unique and individual needs of her clients whereby she creates a safe environment for them to explore their present life challenges or difficulties. Nicole is committed to cultivating wellbeing in her clients, as she believes that cultivating wellbeing is fundamental to the successful outcomes of their overall mental health and wellbeing.With Nicole’s guidance she can help you develop the ability to access your own personal resources to be in satisfying relationships with other human beings, and to lead a rewarding and creative life.
