Hello,My name is Nicole Hara, and I am a yoga instructor and holistic therapist.I teach VinyasaYoga both in groups and privately. In addition to yoga classes, I offer Reiki and Sound Healing in individual sessions, and I also facilitate cacao ceremonies, which include not only ceremonial grade cacao circles, but also meditation, breathing techniques, singing circles, sound bath, and body movements such as yoga and ecstatic dance.
