Nicole is deeply passionate about helping people feel better. Her offerings invite philosophical, somatic & tantric elements to develop more self-awareness by detaching from the external world, connecting to body, breath, & mind, acknowledging sensations, emotions, & thought patterns, so you can let go of what’s not serving, learn lessons, keep love in your heart, & come back to the balance & freedom we all desire & deserve. When this happens, she believes all living things, including this planet will benefit.She is inspired by study & practice with many amazing teachers from around the world, & embodiment of various modalities since 2000. She's a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with 2000+ hrs of teaching & 700+ hrs of certifications from the United States, Australia & Indonesia. Styles include tantric, restorative, breathwork, meditation, philosophy & 8 Limbs of Yoga, chanting, vinyasa, assisting/adjusting, standup paddleboard, & kids yoga. She specializes in customized private & corporate wellness supporting individuals & groups, & collaborates with other experts for additional offerings. She's a continuous learner & loves to take part in ongoing trainings so she can continue to support herself & others in every stage of life. She is currently in a professional multi-year, multi-instrumental & acoustic voice sound healing training with Sound Healing Bali that is helping to expand her knowledge & abilities, & keep her heart open to giving & receiving.
