MERCYfit is a subsidiary of MERCY Inc. devoted to helping woman of color get back to exercising. As an ACE certified group fitness instructor, I believe it is important for everyone to find something that encourages them to consistently improve and maintain their physical health. For my clients, dance fitness is just one way they accomplish that goal. We offer 1-on-1 personal training, group training, and specialty classes such as Clubbin' 101. We are also partnered with a medical practice that offers alternative medicine for healing your aches and pains. Our goal is to support others by providing credible, relatable and trustworthy resources for wellness and creativity.
