Noir is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor and wellness coach, born and raised in New York.She creates inclusive, beginner-friendly yoga experiences for students ages 6 and up, both online and in person.Her teaching is rooted in the belief that being present is the true foundation of wellness and happiness. With every session, she encourages students to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves—right where they are.A client favorite is her mindfulness-based practice, which emphasizes breath work and poses tailored to each person's lifestyle and needs. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, or need a chair to practice her classes offer a supportive space to pause, reset, and feel grounded.In addition to her regular classes, Noir also hosts seminars, wellness retreats, and community yoga events throughout the year.
