Nur Adem - Wellness On the Block

Nur is a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training, specializing in plant-based fitness and nutrition.Nur began his yoga journey in his early 20s to manage chronic adult-onset asthma.Since then, yoga has helped him alleviate pain, improve flexibility, ease anxiety, and find balance.Teaching since 2021, Nur is passionate about creating welcoming and accessible spaces for healing.He currently teaches a weekly V3 Sports, Jerry & Gamble Boys and Girls Club, 21st Century Academy, and at the Northside Artspace lofts and will be adding more classes in the Twin Cities and beyond.His breath-focused classes energize, calm, and help participants connect with themselves, offering something for everyone—whether you're looking to relax, strengthen, or simply breathe more deeply.
