Occupational ROOTS are two skilled Occupational Therapists specialising in nature-based interventions that enhance overall wellbeing and promote holistic health. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, we combine therapeutic techniques with the healing power of nature to support clients in achieving their individual goals.Our approach integrates activities such as outdoor exploration, horticultural therapy, and nature immersion, fostering a deeper connection between clients and their environment.
