OCEA Breathwork

OCEA Breathwork facilitators, husband and wife Marc Dube and Erin Henderson.Marc and Erin have both been on a path of healing and personal growth for many years. They have also been holding safe and supported spaces for others in their healing journeys. Marc works in the addictions field, is a certified recovery coach and a personal trainer. Erin has been working as a social worker and counsellor for over 20 years, and has studied yoga and meditation, completing a yoga teacher training in 2008.Their first experience with conscious connected breathwork was in 2020, and has been a powerful pathway for personal growth, spiritual connection and community. They are Certified Breathwork Facilitators and are trained to provide a trauma informed, safe and profound journey. They are excited to share this beautiful experience with others who feel called.
