Old West Lawrence Association

Old West Lawrence Association (OWLA) is the group that represents residents of the historic Old West Lawrence neighborhood in downtown Lawrence, Kansas. Founded over 60 years ago, OWLA strives to provide a high quality of life with community belonging for all residents of Old West Lawrence. We are NOT an HOA - we collect no dues (nor do we care how tall your fence is or what color your house is!). We depend solely on donations and fundraising efforts to fund our many fun neighborhood events and meetings throughout the year.
