Our Sacred Sun

We are Katie and Rick of Our Sacred Sun.Katie is a qualified cacao ceremony facilitator, photographer and visual artist and is just at the end of her training as a sound therapist. Rick is a musician, djembe drummer, vinyl collector , Street Fighter obsessed (the computer game don't be scared!) and is currently training in Sound Therapy. We live on The Edge of The Dark Peak in Glossop, Derbyshire with our troublesome little blind dog Floyd who loves a good sound bath and any type of food he can get his paws on.We specialise in sacred ceremonies using cacao and other sacred plants, herbs and flowers, while using a mixture of our voices, the drum, Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, shamanic rattles and our solar-powered Sun gong to take your on a journey back to yourselves through sound journeys and guided meditations.We hold hour-long sound baths, with some time either side for chatting resting and connecting every other Monday in Glossop and sometimes as guests at other events!We also have some very special New Moon Cacao Ceremonies coming up.
