Overflow Yoga is a Michigan-based outdoor yoga and wellness company rooted in the belief that movement in nature restores our natural rhythm. We offer unique, grounding yoga flows designed to reconnect you with your body, mind, and the world around you.This summer, join us for weekly Tuesday evening yoga classes at the beautiful Clarence E. Lewis Landscape Arboretum near MSU - our consistent home base for mindful movement. Classes are beginner-friendly, donation-based (suggested $5), and surrounded by blooming gardens and peaceful greenspace.In addition to our weekly sessions, we host monthly pop-up events that blend yoga with immersive experiences - like flowing alongside friendly alpacas or unwinding in a fragrant field of fresh lavender.Overflow is more than a class. It's a movement - in nature, in community, in rhythm with you.
